CHILI RECIPE-(Wendy's Huge Pot) 5 quarts???

Cut up all veggies as you like...including tomatoes (leave skins on). Fill Big Pot 1/4 with water and throw in your tomatoes (hehehe). Let sit on medium heat to cook them down. In big frying pan...brown your meat and add all of your other vegetables till softened then add all of your spices. Throw the 2 together in the big pot and add all of your beans...season more to taste!

CHICKEN OR TURKEY FETTECCINI ALFREDO RECIPE

1 Whole box of 100% Vegetable Fetteccinni ( or however you spell it)
2 lbs Chopped Turkey or Chicken
1-2 Cups any vegetable (I like broccolli and peas in this)
THE SAUCE:
2 cups ( more or less, how much sauce do you want?) Almond or Coconut Milk
1 Cup Stevia (more or less to taste)
1/8 Cup Baking soda (to thicken) Just add until you get the desired thickness
1-2 Cups shredded Goats Milk Cheese--YES!
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Brown your meat and sauteed your veggies with it, add peas at end. I add what ever seasoning I like to the meat and veggy: garlic powder and salt, pepper, parsley and chives.
Cook your noodles in a separate pot (duh)...watch them though...veggy noodles cook faster! Strain when done and put to side.
Lets make your sauce: Add the Almond or coconut milk in a sauce pan and heat it up, adding garlic powder and garlic salt to it along with stevia to taste. Slowly add in your baking powder stirring in one cup of COLD Almond or Coconut milk and add heated milk to thicken to your liking, then add the Goats milk cheese, stir and take off heat.
Throw it all together (like in Wendys big pot)
BONUS! Have some of that RYE SOUR DOUGH BREAD on the side! With garlic GHEE Butter perhaps?
